Description: PhysioMeasure is a web-based digital platform developed to simplify physiotherapy outcome measurement by integrating validated clinical outcome measures into a single system. The platform provides automated scoring, clinical interpretation, report generation, and reassessment tracking to improve clinical efficiency and standardise documentation. Needs: Routine implementation of outcome measures is often limited by manual scoring, inconsistent interpretation, fragmented documentation, and the lack of integrated digital solutions, resulting in inefficient clinical workflows. Unique Features: PhysioMeasure combines multiple validated physiotherapy outcome measures into one free browser-based platform. Developed using Google Gemini Canvas and deployed through GitHub and Vercel, it offers automated scoring, evidence-based interpretation, printable reports, and reassessment tracking without requiring software installation. Impact: Usability was evaluated among 18 physiotherapists using a structured questionnaire. All participants rated every item as Agree or Strongly Agree, with an overall mean score of 4.66 ± 0.48 out of 5. User Satisfaction achieved the highest score (4.70), followed by Clinical Usefulness (4.67), while Usability and Performance each scored 4.63. Participants reported that the platform was easy to use, efficient, and clinically useful. Prospects for Commercialisation: PhysioMeasure is scalable, cost-effective, and easily deployable across healthcare facilities. Its modular design allows future expansion with additional outcome measures, supporting broader implementation in physiotherapy services and digital healthcare.
